This is a 12 week temporary to permanent role - start dates 16th / 23rd January.

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to make outbound calls booking appointments for patients.

  • Outbound customer service calls (NO SALES)
  • Calling clients to book their medical appointments
  • Arranging follow up meetings
  • Sending out care plans
