Accounts Payable Supervisor - £32,000-£36,000 - Hemel Hempstead


A growing business based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team and lead the Accounts Payable activities.

This is a hands on role and requires someone who is keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with the day to day Accounts Payable process' but also lead and develop team members.

Main responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Supervisor will be:

  • Lead and motivate the team of 3 Accounts Payable Clerks
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Ensure all invoices have the relevant approval
  • Monitor the PO process
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

You will:

  • Have previously worked in a Senior Accounts Payable or Accounts Payable Supervisor role
  • Be hands on and get involved with the day to day Accounts Payable process
  • Be a strong communicator and work well with the wider business
