Team:


Working part of the Infrastructure team who work to support, upgrade and secure the whole IT infrastructure to such as servers, data centers, networks phones and laptops etc.


Role:


  • You will be working with others to ensure the IT infrastructure remains secure and robust.
  • Helping to deliver new functionalities and maintaining existing cloud systems using Azure, Office 365 and VMWare.
  • Be an escalation point for any issues relating to digital touchpoints.

Experience and requirements

  • 1+ years previous experience in IT infrastructure
  • Be good at problem solving
  • Showing good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to take a Microsoft qualification
  • Understanding of ITIL foundation service level, service transition and MS cloud (
    not essential)
