Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Legal & Cosec to join our client. This is a hybrid role with two days of working from home and three days in their London office.You will be joining an established team of 20 specialist insurance recruiters, and you will be responsible for the strategic and operational growth of the legal department.

- 360 Recruitment lifecycle management
- Contingent, exclusive and retained search methods

Requirements:
- Lead Consultant or Billing Manager
- Solid and demonstrable billing history
- Proven recruitment experience in legal, compliance, and/or company secretary roles
- Management experience desirable
- Bright, intelligent, and engaging personality
- Motivated, determined, enthusiastic and resilient
- Goaloriented and career driven
