Our client is seeking an
Administrator to join their operations in the
Galgorm area.

Pay Rate:
Depending on experience


Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:15am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:15am - 1pm


Job Type:
Full-Time, Temporary Ongoing Position


Job Duties:


  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages, dealing with queries and redirecting calls as required
  • Data Entry and filing
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with staff in other departments

Job Criteria:


Essential:


  • Experience within a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Exp. Using Excel formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation

Desirable:


  • Previous Accounts / Purchasing experience
