Recroot are looking for an Interim Housing Coordinator to join our client based at Waltham Forest Housing.

Waltham Forest Housing is looking for a committed and energetic team player to join our Place team as an interim Housing Coordinator.

Housing Coordinators support in the day-to-day business of a busy and lively housing operations team, providing a comprehensive housing management service for tenants and leaseholders.

As a crucial part of the team, you will support various initiatives such as our garages project, where you will deliver core admin tasks to support in maximising the income generated through our garages stock.

You will also be required to work flexibly which means you will enjoy the challenge of working on administrative tasks across a broad range of functions.

Services include tenancy management, rent collection, estate management, sheltered housing and home ownership.

Housing experience is desirable but not essential.
