An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join the Sefton Careline Team.


We are looking to appoint a Senior Careline Officer to lead, develop and support a team to deliver best practise in the delivery of technology enabled care solutions (TECS) which help people live independently by ensuring performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement of services.

The Sefton Careline Team are working together with Adult Social Care with the aim of improving digital inclusion for Sefton residents, and to assist in supporting individuals living longer more independently at home through Sefton's Technology Enabled Care Solutions Strategy


To contribute to the councils aims and objectives within an overall framework that safeguards vulnerable adults who use the Careline service.

To support the Service manager with the development and implementation of the council's changing strategy of existing and emerging technologies designed to assist its own clients and those of private clients.

The role involves contact with a wide range of individuals from health professionals, service providers to patients.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential elements for the post.

This role will also involve supporting our other programmes and services in a holistic approach to individual and family well-being.

You will be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information. We are looking for someone with good computer, organisational and interpersonal skills.
