We are recruiting for a dynamic and positive Critical Incident Advisor to join our Critical Incident team at Mitie TSOC in Wythenshawe.

These Critical Incidents are high priority and involve responding to alerts for health and safety risks and store closures, you will be assisting the function in the resolution of these incidents, allowing a safe and efficient reopening of stores.

You will be responsible for raising, updating and completing Critical Incident tasks, managing reports and report updates for Critical Incidents, assigning Out Of Hours mobile engineers and subcontractors, and making outbound calls.

Effective and professional communication is key to this position as you will be regularly liaising with Property Service Managers (PSMs) and subcontractors to provide support with Critical Incidents.
