Description

Role:
Receive, record and distribution parts and consumables from suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders and booking parts onto the EMACS management system

Deal with returned parts awaiting credit - sending proof of returns to dealers, booking on of credit notes onto the jobs & scanning and attaching to the job, scanning over of copies to purchase ledge

Checking in out customer vehicles and courtesy cars

Collecting and delivering customer vehicles

Light cleaning duties

Assist with clerical tasks and assisting in additional duties as required

A Full Driving Licence is essential.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£12,350.00-£14,300.00 per year
