REED Accountancy is pleased to bring to market an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a globally recognised organisation.
The role is based in the City Centre of Glasgow, however offers hybrid working with only 2 days per week in theoffice and the rest working from home.
The role will suit someone with some experience of invoice administration, ideally raising and creating purchase orders and requisitions.Other responsibilities include:
- Acting as a purchasing officer
- Contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery
- Maintenance of key commercial mailboxes
- Producing and updating finance reports
- Maintaining processes
