The Dorset Musculoskeletal team (DMSK) are currently looking to recruit an administrator to work 15 hours per week over two days.
This role is to be based at 11 Shelley Road, Boscombe, but at times will require travel to our other sites in Dorset.
A full license and access to a car is essential.
To assist in the provision of a comprehensive, high quality and efficient outpatient service including the management of electronic medical records.
The role includes dealing with a range of telephone queries, arranging appointments, managing patient correspondence, data inputting and problem solving, covering the reception desk.
In addition to dealing with patients a key part of this role is to provide administrative support to the clinical team to enable them to run their clinics effectively.
You will need to be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering a customer focused service.
