Description

We are seeking an experienced, fully qualified Bench Hand Joiner to become part of our team in Hunslet, Leeds.

Role includes manufacturing traditional joinery items including timber doors, windows etc.

Must be Level 3 Qualified in bench joinery / carpentry, or qualified by substantial experience
Experience in Traditional Joinery inc. Timber Doors, Windows, Kitchens, Bedroom furniture, bespoke items etc
Ability to work with technical drawings
Operate a range of joinery machinery
Work with hardwood and softwood projects
Extensive knowledge of materials, methods, techniques and appropriate technologies
Ability to manage your own workload
Excellent attention to detail to achieve the required level of finish
Experience of working in a fastpaced environment and working to short deadlines
Own tools
Flexible and reliable
Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times
A genuine interest in the industry
Driving license advantageous.
Have good communication skills to work with our discerning clients and other trades

Hourly rate negotiable - depending on experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
