Salary:
£21,250 per year. Increasing to £24,531 after successfully completing probation.


Job type:35 hours per week. Full-time, 12 Month Fixed-Term. Hybrid working. The role can be based in Oxford, Dover or Stratford.

The Role:


We are currently looking for a Modern Slavery Victim Care Administrator to join our dedicated and compassionate Modern Slavery Victim Care (MSVC) team, on a Fixed Term Contract.

There will be a potential for the role to be made permanent or be extended.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Maintain the contractual finance data and invoicing recording system
  • Assist in maintaining the oncall changeover procedure
  • Responsible for liaising with the Finance Department as and when required
  • Responsible for monitoring the panic buttons in interview and teaching rooms and ensuring a weekly test is carried out and recorded
  • Responsible for making payments to client prepaid cards and amend Contract Costs on the TSA Capita System as per their entitlement under the Contract
  • Provide relevant papers, provide statistical information, and take accurate minutes throughout meetings as requested
  • Work in close partnership, both with other members of the team and other internal departments
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls to the organisation and redirecting as appropriate
  • Assist with the running of monthly Administrative Workshops for Advisers to maintain consistent, quality standards of work under the contract.

Experience and skills:


  • Demonstratable experience in an administrative capacity, particularly with budgets, accounting, invoicing, and other financial processes, including reconciliation.
- ?Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and databases; particularly in making and keeping accurate and timely records

  • Clear and precise written and oral communication skills, including well developed letter writing, minutetaking and form completion.
  • Have high attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, both individually and in a team
