Hours: 40 (8am - 4.30pm)
Location:
Frimley, GU16 7ER (daily on-site attendance required)
Our client are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support our defence contract in Frimley.
As Administrator, you will provide a variety of administrative duties for the management team to enable a more efficient service to our client.
Your primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as helpdesk, creation of presentations and reports, invoicing as well as general administrative aspects of the contract.
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work within a fastpaced environment
- Lived and Worked in the UK for last 5 years (vetting requirement)
- Proven IT skills (eg: Excel, Word etc.) + ability to pick up bespoke systems
You would be responsible for:
- Providing general business administrative support
- Loading job requests via the electronic platforms (Maximo)
- Supporting the creation of reporting
- Attending client / customer meetings in a note / minute taking capacity
- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed
- Assisting senior management team when needed
