Our wonderful non for profit client is looking for a Part time Communications executive to support the delivery of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme.
You will have the knowledge, skills and experience needed to execute and help us to realise our ambitious goals for our charity.
This is a part time contract for 9 months.This is a hybrid role with Lovely offices in Farringdon.
A basic DBS is required for this role.
Your Key Accountabilities:
Communication workstream
- Design & build effective and engaging SharePoint sites, own editorial control and manage & oversee all site content.
- Work closely with the Change Manager to ensure the Internal Comms Plan is aligned with collaborating with our stakeholders/departments to ensure CRM updates, timelines & Salesforce information is well planned, understood, communicated, and embedded.
- Support the Change Manager in updating the stakeholder matrix to ensure engagement remains relevant, with the right people, at the right time and on the appropriate topic areas (with the support of the change manager)
Training workstream
- Help to coordinate and deliver training events such as workshops & webinars, which will involve managing logistics and liaising with stakeholders.
- Assist with the organisation, and distribution of the learning pathway for, all endusers Salesforce eLeaning modules.
- Measure the engagement performance of our internal communications and strive for continuous improvement, using data and insight (feedback) to develop and optimise our channels.
Essential Technical Skills:
-
Professional experience of working in comms of working in communications, with excellent knowledge of internal communication practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistent quality.
- Excellent ability to summarise complex information in clear, nonspecialist language.
- Working with Content Management Systems (CMS) ideally SharePoint, but other CMS experience is likely to be transferrable.
- Confident using Teams, Word, PowerPoint, MS Forms and Excel (basic)
- At least a year's professional experience of working in communications, with excellent knowledge of internal communication practice.

- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Sound organisational and planning skills, including the ability to plan, prioritise, recognise inter dependencies, and evaluate the effectiveness of work.
