Baltic Recruitment are currently working with a world class Automotive manufacturer in the Washington area.
We are looking for several Forklift Drivers to work within a fast-paced automotive environment. The role will include operating a FLT, loading and unloading deliveries & other warehousing duties.

The available roles are full-time, long-term opportunities, with a view of going permanent after only 6 months of service.

Our client has seen unprecedented growth over the past decade, with the company expecting to continue its growth and hopes to take on new and exciting projects in the future.

Due to this, they have opportunities once Perm, from career progression to the chance to study a degree as well as various other qualifications.

Our client is a global automotive manufacturer. They are also part of a French automotive company that now operates within Europe and Asia.

The organisation specializes in stamped, welded metal components and manufacture integral, structural parts for three globally renowned cars.

Upon starting your role, you will receive fully paid, on the job, training.

Proven experience within an automotive and environment would be advantageous.

Duties

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Carrying out general FLT duties such as loading and unloading
Decanting Stillages
Moving stillages
Line Feeding
Following health and Safety procedures at all times

Pay:

Standard working is 39 hours plus overtime availability.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, Plus overtime throughout the week and a weekend.

£11.67ph for both shifts, Days & Backs.

£15.63ph for overtime throughout the week and a Saturday.
-
£20.84ph for any overtime on a Sunday.

Shifts are on a rotating two shift pattern; you must be able to work both shifts:

Day shift Monday to Thursday 7:00am
3:10pm (7:00am
3:00pm on a Friday)
Back shift Monday to Thursday 3:10pm
11:20pm (3:00pm 11:00pm on a Friday)

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary:
£11.67-£20.84 per hour
