Operations Agent Newark, Full Time, Permanent

£21,000 (rising to £21,500 after 6 months)
We are seeking a Operations Agent for our Newark based client on a full time basis. You will be joining a friendly, welcoming team in a varied and exciting role.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Operations Agent, your duties will include:

  • Data Entry and rate loading to be implemented on a range of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Analysing data and providing advice for key stakeholders on how to use various systems
  • Supporting the team on projects and working to deadlines
  • Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively

CANDIDATE
Experience required to be a successful Operations Agent includes:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate data analyser to maintain consistency to updating data between systems
  • Experience of the customer service industry
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
