WHAT TO EXPECT
Do you have experience in project and event management, and building relationships with stakeholders?


As the People Experiences Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting our retail colleagues throughout their journey with us, through recruitment, onboarding, induction, learning, and career development, enabling them to deliver a Modern Luxury Experience for our clients.


You'll support the whole team, coordinating activities across all areas to ensure alignment and efficiency, and support the Engagement Lead to deliver Global Reward & Recognition programmes and events.


This is an exciting opportunity to join JLR, and get to know the Retailer Network part of the business for progression to various roles.

We can also offer quite a lot of flexibility for the right individual.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the Retailer Engagement Strategy, through the creation and delivery of bestpractice engagement tools
  • Collaborate with regional and market teams to understand local challenges and initiatives, and support the implementation of bestpractice engagement tools
  • Analyse attrition data and Employee Voice survey results to identify opportunities and areas for focus
  • Work with the JLR Events team to scope, plan and deliver annual recognition events
  • Support the governance and planning of People Experience projects, coordinating inputs from each Lead
  • Arrange team meetings and collaboration events to encourage regular knowledgesharing and alignment
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and followup actions
  • Coordinate the People Experiences input into various governance forums, eg. Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with wider teams to support People Experience projects, eg. Global Client Care, Markets, Brand, Design, Customer Insights.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the People Experiences Coordinator, you'll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience in managing large events
  • Experience in managing suppliers
  • Ability to engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Ability to plan and prioritise, delivering to required timescales and budget
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organisational skills


This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
