Mossview Care Home is looking for an Administrator with great organisational, inter-personal and first point of contact skills. Previous experience working in a care environment is preferred.Mossview Residential Home is a modern residence situated in the heart of Lochgelly, Fife.
Every day will offer plenty of variety and great administration skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
Working alongside the Home Manager, this is a fantastic role to be a part of an experienced team, where creativity and empowerment are encouraged.
Administrator Contract
- £11.50 per hour
- Contracted to 40hours per week
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Onsite parking
- PVG
Administrator Tasks
- First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
- An ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around Mossview Care Home and integrating with the local community
- Managing the enquiry database
- Setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents' agreements, team members contracts, payroll, Recruitment etc.
As part of this role, you will be required to attend training on Fire, Handling & moving and Health & Safety.
