Job Summary

This role reports and is accountable to the Finance Manager and onwards to the Managing Director.

The job includes the below responsibilities and duties.

Main Responsibilities

Invoicing customers on Accounts package.

Taking a proactive role in managing the timely administration and collecting debts of company debtors

Posting purchase invoices on Accounts package

Responding to relevant supplier finance enquiries and escalating to the Finance Manager

Supplier payments.

Bank Posting and reconciliation.

Post and reconcile Petty cash and credit card receipts.

Assist with quarterly VAT Returns

Collate Payroll for processing

Assist with Cash flow when required.

Preparation and presentation of reporting weekly and monthly as required by the Finance Manager

Provide administrative support to the Finance Manger as required

Any other Ad hoc duties as requested by management.

Essential Skills

  • Familiar with excel and other Microsoft Office
  • PowerPoint & Word
  • GCSE's in at least Maths and English
  • 23 years' experience in a finance role.
  • Accomplished in interpersonal skills.
  • Right firstTime approach accuracy is highly
important.
