Account Manager
Harrow, Middlesex
£30,000 + Pension
If you enjoy working in a busy sales environment then this position for an Account Manager will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing existing client accounts and providing an excellent level of service
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to help plan future order requirements
- Proactively contacting lapsed clients to try to reactivate their account
- Managing customer order requirements and processing through to delivery stage
- Dealing with any order queries or issues that arise and resolving all issues
- Upselling and cross selling at all opportunities to maximise sales revenue
