This role reports directly into the Global Head of Compliance.

Job Summary:

To provide regulatory compliance assistance and assurance supporting regulatory compliance across the company as it grows in size and complexity.

Support UK compliance function as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Support the compliance function in designing, writing and implementing frameworks, policies, procedures, processes and systems.
Support compliance and regulatory projects, including implementation of legislation / regulation.
Understand Lloyd's requirements and assist with the Lloyd's Oversight Principles attestation process.
Build and maintain a close working relationship with the business.

Knowledge and Experience

Compliance/regulatory/legal experience in insurance underwriting/insurance broking, particularly Lloyd's market, preferable.
Professional approach to successfully interact with colleagues and regulators.

Location:
London (City)

Salary:
£700 - £1000 per day, dependent on experience (contract outside ir35)

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days WFH)
