As a Technical Support Specialist, what are you going to do?

  • Identify faults both remotely and onsite;
  • Respond to incidents and perform break/fix activities when errors and faults occur;
  • Liaise with customers onsite and remotely and proactively communicate with the Service Manager, escalating issues, and identifying areas where service can be improved;
  • Provide onsite early life support and train users on the system;
  • Analysis of system performance in relation to business benefits;
  • Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system;
  • Collaborate with Technical Support Experts and Software Development to resolve highly complex technical issues associated with deployment.

What are the skills and professional experience we're expecting from you?

  • Technical education (Electrical or IT) with at least two years of relevant;
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair experience and a basic understanding of electrical and electronic components;
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, routing, and switching, etc.);
  • Selfmotivated and proactive individual and you have a problemsolving attitude;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Availability to work on a daily basis at Heathrow Airport;
  • Availability for Night Shift (Out of hours) Monday to Friday;
  • Elegible to get UK Security Clearance (SC) minimum of 5 years residency in the country.
