Key Worker from £11 per hour and £89 sleep in rate

Full time, part time and term time only options available

Novalis Trust is a progressive charity working with children with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties many of whom have had Adverse Childhood Experiences.

The Key worker role is based at Cotswold Chine School, a residential school and Children's Home for Children Young People aged 8-19.

Key workers have a crucial role in each home:

Establishing key support relationships with children and young people
Giving them the care, guidance and support they need to thrive

What we are looking for:

Some experience of working with people in a personcentred way is desirable but not essential.
An ability to adapt your approach to individual needs and come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges will also help
Kind, caring, adaptable and reliable

What we offer:

From £11 per hour (higher at weekends) and £89 sleep in rate (higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3)
Excellent training opportunities, including RQF Level 3, Level 4 Certificate in Trauma Informed Care
