Key Worker from £11 per hour and £89 sleep in rate

  • Full time, part time and term time only options available


Novalis Trust is a progressive charity working with children with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties many of whom have had Adverse Childhood Experiences.

The Key worker role is based at Cotswold Chine School, a residential school and Children's Home for Children Young People aged 8-19.

Key workers have a crucial role in each home:

  • Establishing key support relationships with children and young people
  • Giving them the care, guidance and support they need to thrive

What we are looking for:

  • Some experience of working with people in a personcentred way is desirable but not essential.
  • An ability to adapt your approach to individual needs and come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges will also help
  • Kind, caring, adaptable and reliable

What we offer:

  • From £11 per hour (higher at weekends) and £89 sleep in rate (higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3)
