Salary up to £22,145.76 pro rata depending on experience

The opportunity


As our Customer Services Advisor you will:
Handle customer enquiries (both via telephone and website), supplying customers with information about the services offered at the hospital

To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans & activities (arrange consultant lead patient open events etc.)

Ensure all customer interaction is undertaken in a timely manner

Log enquiries on the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey

Provide customers with information regarding Hospital services and treatments ensuring all requirements/queries are dealt with effectively

The person


To succeed as a Customer Services Advisor, you will need:
Excellent customer service skills

Proven experience in customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy

Good organisational skills

Key information about the role.

You will liaise directly with customers, answering all Sales and Service enquiries.

Prepare quotations for hospital services and contribute to business development, marketing and communication initiatives to promote the services of the hospital throughout the local community.
