Join us in transforming the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and families across Calderdale.

We have a unique opportunity for a Data and Digital Transformation Lead to join Northpoint.

This role will involve working across Calderdale to lead digital transformation for the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for children and young people's health and wellbeing, and the Calderdale Family Hubs.

You will join us on a two-year fixed term contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

What you will be doing as our Data and Digital Transformation Lead:

The aim of the Data and Digital Transformation Lead role is to lead, develop, and implement a strategic plan to build a robust digital infrastructure for the delivery of Family Hubs and SPoC.

You will lead and manage a programme of work that achieves the effective use of digital technologies in transformation of service delivery, ultimately contributing to improved outcomes for children, young people, and families.


Hosted within Northpoint as part of our friendly and ambitious business development team, but also acting as part of the innovative Family Hubs programme office, you will be an effective communicator with a drive to achieve real system-wide change.

What are we looking for in our ideal Data and Digital Transformation Lead:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research, analyse and interpret complex data
  • Excellent technical understanding of largescale IT infrastructure and information systems
  • Sound understanding of change management
  • Able to convey complex technical detail to nontechnical colleagues
  • A proven ability to influence senior leaders and commissioners
