About Our Client:
The client are a Financial Services company based in the City of London.
The key responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor are:
- Handle customer enquiries across multi-channel platforms
- Ensure customer enquiries are answered in the first interaction where possible
- Take ownership to resolve enquiries
- Protect customer and client confidentiality
- Collaborate with other departments and share ideas to continuously improve customer service
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have at least 1 years exposure working in a call centre in a customer service focused role.
