Permanent Customer Service Advisor role working within Financial Services

About Our Client:

The client are a Financial Services company based in the City of London.


The key responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor are:

  • Handle customer enquiries across multi-channel platforms
  • Ensure customer enquiries are answered in the first interaction where possible
  • Take ownership to resolve enquiries
  • Protect customer and client confidentiality
  • Collaborate with other departments and share ideas to continuously improve customer service

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Advisor will have at least 1 years exposure working in a call centre in a customer service focused role.

You will be keen to get stuck in and be used to KPI's.
