You don't need experience to join our team, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need., we'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) too

The Role

You will be joining our friendly and dynamic team who support a young man in his 20s who is looking for someone who can support him to maintain his independence and join him for walks in the community.

He loves being arty and creative especially when it comes to play-doh and all things messy.

The young man thrives in the community and enjoys going for drives in his car and spending time in the garden.

As a Support Practitioner, you'll play an important part in our team, ensuring that we provide the best care and support possible.

The main purpose of your role will be to support individuals who have a disability and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, e.g.

shopping, finances, cooking, medication, household tasks and personal care.

For this vacancy we will need you to hold a
full UK, manual driving licence.

All we need you to bring is;

A full UK, driving licence
A caring and compassionate attitude
Good communication skills
A positive approach to learning
Confidence in the use of computers
The ability to cook

Shift Patterns
We provide tailored support 24 / 7 which includes waking nights. Shift patterns are 10am until 10pm and 10pm until 10am.

For our Waking Nights you will receive your normal hourly rate plus a further £20 per night.
