Description
The postholder will be responsible for the administration processes within the department. This will include scrutiny of detention paperwork and managing the tribunal hearing process. Training will be providedDuties will include:
Scrutiny of detention paperwork
Managing the tribunal process
Ensuring consent to treatment is up to date
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure service users are referred to the tribunal in a timely manner
