About the Role


You will co-ordinate a wide range of administrative support, working within the School Administration Team to deliver an excellent student experience and to meet the business needs of the school.

The post will have an integrated portfolio of responsibilities which will support the full student journey from recruitment to award, together with the general business functions of the school.

This role is based in our Off-Campus Learning Team in our Ormskirk Office. This team is dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience to students and stakeholders. You will be responsible for arranging the Practice Placement Allocations to our students. Practice Placements take place at various points during their Programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring each Placement allocated meets the needs of each individual student.

You will work closely with Academic Teams and part of a wider team who manage all of the Placement Allocations for all of our students.

This is a rewarding and interesting role based in a busy team.


This will be a varied, interesting, and challenging role, which requires excellent organisational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines to the required quality standards.


About You

AsProgramme Administrator, you will:

  • Have a high level of customer service skills, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
  • Be highly organised and proactive, as well as positive and solution focused.
  • Thrive on working in a busy office environment.
  • Be friendly, approachable and have a flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.
