Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of the role is supervising all aspects of the day to day running and maintenance of the property from the Front of House.
Ensuring the required standards are achieved and maintained at all times in relation to Health & Safety and the expected presentation of the building is met.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high level of customer service is met at all times.
- Ensure that high standards of property presentation are achieved and maintained at all times.
- Ensure that H&S portal is up to date and actions completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all required checklists are complete and uploaded onto H&S portal.
- Create and maintain an effective working relationship with existing suppliers and contractors.
- Implement best practice whilst ensuring safe working practices are complied with at all times.
- Assist in production of service charge budget to achieve best value.
- Carry out any other reasonable request of the Property Surveyor and Facilities Manager.
Safety & Security
You will be responsible for the security and safety of the building.
- Ensure compliance with all client and Savills procedures and policies, including health and safety, COSHH and environmental matters.
Promotions/Public Relations
You will be expected to establish and develop good relations and partnerships with various authorities and local agencies, notable:
- Local authority
- Police
- Fire Brigade
- Ensure that all promotional activities are carried out with due care and attention to the health and safety and welfare of occupiers and visitors.
- Establish and develop close working relationships with tenant representatives and manage tenant satisfaction providing confidence in Savills service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative.
- Prior experience of the management of multilet commercial property.
- Experience in the supervision of contractors.
- Good understanding of property management.
- Excellent communications skills.
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legislative health & safety requirements.
- Good time management skills able to respond to client/contract deadlines.
