Working across 7 days per week including bank holidays

We have a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join us at our Household Waste Recycling Site in Rainhill.

What will you be doing?

Provide excellent customer service and recycling advice to the public.
Create a safe place to visit and work.
Manage a team of operatives.
Run the site when the supervisor is absent.
Open and close the site depending on which shift pattern.
Maintain the site safety, rules and efficient use of available resources.

What are we looking for?

Experience within a similar operational team leader role.
Good IT skills.
Knowledge of Health & Safety.
