Ador Talent are working with an Engineering Company based in Darwen/Blackburn, who design, build, operate and maintain centralised and efficient engineering solutions.

Our client now requires an experienced
Systems Coordinator to join their Credit Billing team who currently manage utility accounts for over 18,000 customers.

As a result of company growth, they are now looking for a
Systems Coordinator to support the delivery of the credit billing and prepayment services for the metering & billing contracts.

As a systems coordinator you will be responsible for the administration and development of key metering and billing systems.


The Role:

  • Be responsible for the onboarding and system maintenance of the metering and billing platforms and operating systems.
  • Undertake the cleansing and maintenance of customer data highlighting any concerns.
  • Manage the customer journey from mobilisation through to hand over to the operations team on contract commencement.
  • Develop departmental processes to support contract onboarding and operation systems maintenance.
  • Develop relationships with clients, 3rd party suppliers and internal teams attending meetings where appropriate.
  • Implement APP updates, communicating to the wider team.
  • Consult with the technical development team on a weekly basis and proactively seek resolutions to problems encountered.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience of
    system maintenance is
    essential

  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse substantial amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
