We are looking for an ambitious HR Assistant to join the global HR department of this company based in Newark.

Benefits - Hybrid working after training, 3 days office, 2 days home. Hours Monday-Thur Friday hr lunch.

We are looking for someone who has just started their career in HR or a strong administrator with either experience or an interest in working within a HR function.

Recruitment

Employee Relations

HR policies


Responsibilities:

Providing full recruitment administration support to the HR Team

Administering job adverts through Oracle and selected job boards

Diary coordination with hiring managers for interviews

Liaising with recruitment agencies to book in interviews and pass on feedback

Supporting managers with navigation within Oracle


Onboarding new starters on the talent management system (Oracle) and ensuring that all relevant departments are informed about new starters.


Processing all necessary documentation regarding new starters, conducting right-to-work checks, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and inputting new starter information on the HR Information System (Oracle).

Ensuring the HR Information System (Oracle) is up to date and accurate.

Maintaining accurate electronic employee records.

Issuing letters for contractual changes, internal promotions, and role changes.

Providing general administration support to the wider HR team when required.
