Position Description

Customer Service Receptionist
Bellshill ML4 3LU
Full-Time - Permanent
Up to £26,000 (dependent on skills & experience) + overtime + benefits

Overview:

Hours:
with 30 minutes for lunch (this can be an earlier or later start if you'd prefer), plus there's always the opportunity to work overtime in the week and at weekends

Job Role:

Greeting customers in a courteous manner, interpreting their requirements and completing necessary paperwork to enable work to be undertaken.
Scheduling routine maintenance for customers using our internal systems
Raising job cards and invoicing
Monitoring the Work In Progress (WIP) to keep it under control
Keeping customers updated with likely completion times and contacting customers to inform them of any additional work required
Issuing accurate quotations to gain the necessary authority to complete the work.
Liaising with the workshop to develop service contract opportunities

Who are you?

Good communicator, both written and oral
Customer focussed and great at building strong working relationships
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate, particularly with Excel & Word with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
Experience within a Vehicle Dealership and knowledge of vehicle booking systems and times (advantageous)
