H9 Human Resources are partnering with a
leading national brand to hire for a
Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join their team, reporting directly into the Head of Recruitment.

Flex to work from home 2-3 days per week

You will lead on talent strategy, manage key stakeholder relationships, be up to date with key recruitment data/metrics, and lead a small team of Recruitment Business Partners who lead on the day to day recruitment of roles.

The business are currently transforming their talent function so you will play a key role in the improvement and development of recruitment in the organisation.

This role covers the region of Midlands and South (excluding London)

Track record of working in strategic talent acquisition roles
Knowledge of high volume and frontline workforce recruitment
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Team management experience
Energy and drive to develop your own talent function in your region
Ability to travel to different sites on average 2 days per week
Driving license

The role comes with a salary between
£50,000 - £55,000pa, plus £6,000pa Car Allowance, 10% annual bonus. Other benefits include enhanced pension scheme and life assurance.
