£25-26k/annum

HR Coordinator required to work for manufacturing company based in
Milton Keynes - Stacey bushes Area

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Coordinator
  • Leave and Absence management (Return to Work interviews/Bradford Factor/Holiday Planners)
  • Appraisal and training support
  • Counselling and supporting individuals on HR or personnel matters
  • Assist with clocking in / timekeeping issues, timesheets etc
  • Organise inductions for new staff
  • Assist in disciplinary matters
  • Occupational Health support
Hours : 8am-4: 30 pm Monday to Friday
