Description
Modis are partnering with a highly reputable client within the Financial Services sector on the continued expansion of their Service Desk.
The team of 16 supports users across the EMEA region on a wide range of issues and responsibilities are shared acrossthe Service Desk, Hardware and Floorwalking.
You will be supporting users across the whole business and at all levels including the trading team that need to minimise downtime at every opportunity.
We are looking for a positive, solution-focused Service Desk professional with excellent customer service skills. You will be involved in BAU support as well as project support.- At least 12 month's experience in a Service Desk Analyst role
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional manor
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Admin Centre, SCCM and ServiceNow
- Any experience in the Financial Services sector would be highly advantageous
The role is based 3 days a week on site in London (near Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Moorgate) and 2 days remote.
