Our manufacturing client are currently recruiting for a part time HR Generalist to provide HR support across the business. You will manage all generalist HR administration, recruitment and maintaining the HR database.
This is a super exciting role within a small and super friendly HR team, you day to day will always look different due to plenty of exciting project work around current changes within the business.
They are looking for a down to earth and driven professional who is ready to hit the ground running.This role is part time, 3 days a week.
Flexible start time at either 8am or 8:30am and finish time at either 4pm or 4:30pm with 30 minutes lunch.
The 3 days can either be Mon, Tues and Weds or Tues, Weds and Thurs.
This role is paying £25,000-£28,000 FTE based on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Christmas closure not included), 7% pension contribution from them, regular 'employee days' and plenty more.
Duties within the role:
- Assist with all ER casework
- Process Salary reviews letters, process pay changes and bonus changes
- Liaise with managers on recruitment needs advertising adverts, manage agency relationships
- Communication with the trade union and representatives
- Ensure all administration is processed in a timely manner track forms and payroll documentation
- Support employees with day to day queries
- Update reports, spreadsheet and analysis on a monthly basis on recruitment, absence, headcount, employee turnover etc
- Update systems and procedures to reflects business needs and new legislation
- Support and promote team culture and company values
- Liaise closely with the payroll department
- Lead and support on project work
