They are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Manager to join their team and help with the end to end management of the purchase ledger.

My Client are a well established healthcare agency who are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their finance team on a temporary basis based in the City of London.


Description

The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:

  • Monitor & allocate Direct Debit payments from bank statement to Purchase Ledger
  • Coding of Apex costs
  • Liaising with external stakeholders
  • Allocate direct debits
  • Accruals
  • Month end duties
  • Authorising payment runs

Profile

  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with confidence to speak and work with people
  • Ability to build relationships with people from multiple disciplines and at multiple levels
  • Immediately available highly desirable
