My Client are a well established healthcare agency who are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their finance team on a temporary basis based in the City of London.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:
- Monitor & allocate Direct Debit payments from bank statement to Purchase Ledger
- Coding of Apex costs
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Allocate direct debits
- Accruals
- Month end duties
- Authorising payment runs
Profile
- Experience using an ERP system
- Strong excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with confidence to speak and work with people
- Ability to build relationships with people from multiple disciplines and at multiple levels
- Immediately available highly desirable
