Hybrid working**I am very excited to be working in Partnership with Cumbria Chamber of Commerce who are looking for recruit a Project Facilitator, initially on a 6 month FTC with the plan to extend to 2025 to work on the LSIP Programme

What is LSIP? - Local skills improvement plans
LSIPs will provide an agreed set of actionable priorities that employers, providers and stakeholders in a local area can get behind to drive change

LSIPs will:

Place employers at the heart of local skills systems
Facilitate direct and dynamic working arrangements between employers and providers

Job Purpose:

To support the implementation, submission, review and further development of the Local Skills Improvement Plan for Cumbria, building on our successful Trailblazer, through provision of effective and efficient administrative support and effective liaison withProject Team, Steering Group, ERB Group and other stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:

Project support experience, including working to deadlines under pressure
Effective IT skills including Microsoft Office and Sharepoint/Team, ideally building surveys in e.g. Surveymonkey
Supporting research and analysis activity primary and secondary
Capable of supporting the writing, editing and evaluating of strategic reports
