RATE - £55 PER HOUR

Duration 3 Months

We are looking for an experienced NMP to join a leading substance misuse organisation.

Non-Medical Prescriber (Registered Nurse)

Full time: 37.5 Hours

Role Description:

Our client are looking for a Non Medical Prescriber to join their team.

The role will provide responsibilities for carrying out clinical assessments, diagnosis and clinical management in line with our clients policies as well as national regulations and procedures.

You will be eager to keep up to date with developments in the treatments that you are prescribing and evaluate the interventions we use with our clients


This includes:

  • Harm reduction; providing support and advice in relation to substance misuse
  • Clinics; where assessments are carried out, screening and tirage of clients, advising on detoxification where appropriate
  • Involved within vaccination and blood testing programmes

About the role:


  • Providing universal care to people to help them change their lives.
  • Developing relationships to optimise patient engagement.
  • You'll be working with issues aiming to reduce harm.
  • Offer treatment and recovery principles regarding addictions.
  • Working with highrisk adults alongside a fully trained team.

Requirements:


  • Registered Nurse with NMP (Non-Medical Prescribing
  • V300 registration)
  • Experience within a similar field of work.
