This is an exciting opportunity at a time of significant change for a suitably qualified and experienced person to take on the role of Transition and Partnership Officer within the Additional Learning Needs Support Service (ALNSS).


The post holder will have sound knowledge and experience of Person Centred Practice (PCP) and the requirements of the Additional Learning Needs Education and Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018, along with a commitment to securing high quality service delivery for all children and young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and their families.


The successful post holder will join a friendly, lively and innovative team of ALNSS officers, who are committed to assisting the LA in discharging its statutory duties in accordance with the above legislation.
