Family run business in Slough require a Product Coordinator for manufacturing company,supplying seed and plant promotional products to the marketing industry.

The Role

Production Coordinator

  • Processing all orders through the ERP system, from release through to delivery
  • Updating and managing the production tracker ensuring good communication between sales and production
  • Resource planning for external outworkers
  • Assist the external outworkers with assembly and fulfilment including drops and picks
  • Receive goods in and out including labelling, bookings etc
  • Processing imports and exports in compliance with regulations and legislations
  • Manage the client sampling process including post office drops
  • Maintain all production records
  • Sourcing components including raw materials
  • To work safely and within the Health & Safety procedures, laid down by the company
Stock

  • Carry out regular stocktakes and update ERP system
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate
  • Seed stacking of finished seeded combs
  • FIFO: First In First Out of stock control
Office Support

  • Be handson in supporting any general office duties such as, filing, sending out samples, receiving deliveries
  • Ad hoc cover for holidays including other areas of the company
  • Assist in the other company projects as required
  • Perform receptionist role, including answering the phone
Desired Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Projects Word, Excel including good IT skills
  • Experience with inventory systems
  • Good dexterities
  • Systems and process orientated, with good attention to detail
  • Driving License essential
