Responsibilities:
- Converting warm and cold leads into sales through a direct sales approach.
- Creating your own sales opportunities: cold leads in business to business, residential, event and exhibitions selling.
- To provide great customer service and to have a great student mentality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or irate customers.
