Looking for high motivated individuals in Newcastle

The Customer Servicerole comes with a combination of routes to market such as B2B, B2C, with constant development and uncapped earnings


Responsibilities:


  • Converting warm and cold leads into sales through a direct sales approach.
  • Creating your own sales opportunities: cold leads in business to business, residential, event and exhibitions selling.
  • To provide great customer service and to have a great student mentality.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or irate customers.

From £24,000.00 per year
