15 x Construction Modular Operative's Urgently Required

£520 to £638 (£13 to £15 dependant on qualifications and relevant experience) per week Plus, Overtime

All overtime after 42.5 hours is at Time and a Quarter

Saturdays Time and as Quarter (After 42.5 hours completed)

Sundays Time and a Half
We URGENTLY require 15 Construction Modular Operatives for our Modular Construction client that are based in Coventry.


Our client has been established for well over 5 years and have continuous contract with local housing association's all over the UK.

They are one of the leading manufactures of Offsite and Modular Housing Production and have a very long-term order book for at least the next 5 to 10 years.


The Opportunity
All positions are long term temporary to start, that could lead to permanent positions for the right individuals.


The Role
You will be constructing Modular Buildings that are manufactured in a state of the art factory facility.


The main duties will be:


  • Labouring on Trades
  • General Factory Duties
  • Cladding
  • Plasterer Boarding (Not Essential)
  • Insulation Work
  • Fixing up Joints
  • Measuring wood for Trades

Skills/Qualifications

MODULAR PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE AN ADVANTAGE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING CAN BE GIVEN

  • Basic level of Production or Manufacturing experience
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Can work if needed alone and unsupervised
  • To have a good level of English
  • Construction Background
  • Have a Practical Nature

Working Hours
Monday to Friday

7.30am to 4.30pm but must be willing to change shift, to a possible 6am start after training.

All overtime after 42.5 hours is at Time and a Quarter

Saturdays Time asnd as Quarter

Sundays Time and a Half
