We're looking for a Database Coordinator (6 month FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Awards function.


Your Role:

You will directly support the Judging and Database Executive and act as a first point of contact for all related entry issues.

Database workload will cover a variety of festivals under the LION'S brand, including Dubai Lynx, Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, and WARC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for matching company entries to our database
  • Creating new companies on our database when necessary
  • Assisting with registering jury members across all festivals
  • Initial check that entrant companies into the festival adhere to our rules and criteria
  • Dealing with customer queries when necessary
  • Meticulous quality control of company matching prior to onsite judging
  • Other ad hoc duties during the festival
  • Brandtagging campaigns
Your Experience

  • Initiative and selfmotivation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in using large databases
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Target driven and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility and capacity to undertake varied ad hoc tasks
  • Ability to take direction working within a team
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload accordingly
  • An existing knowledge of the industry is preferable
