Description

The Client Relations Administrator is a vital role within Clan, ensuring that all clients and visitors receive a high level of customer service.

This role coordinates the smooth running of all Clan's front of house activity including, but not exclusively, greeting clients arriving for cancer support, group work or therapies and checking in and out of Clan's B&B accommodation.


  • A highly efficient administrator who is enthusiastic and proactive
  • Someone who can demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively by being flexible, resilient and with aptitude for learning new skills
  • Ability to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of a busy reception area, checking in guests using inhouse database and welcoming all visitors, demonstrating a high level of customer service
  • Previous experience within a busy reception/hotel/customer facing background, with the ability to communicate clearly to people at all levels with sensitivity and diplomacy
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft windows packages, with the willingness to learn the use of inhouse systems as appropriate.
We are recruiting for 2 vacancies, working Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£11.54 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
