SJC Partners have been mandated by a global advisory consulting and advisory firm to recruit a Senior Associate for their restructuring advisory practice to help execute a variety of non-formal restructuring and advisory assignments across the Midlandsand beyond.

Responsibilities will be at the sharp end of their advisory offering including (but not limited to):

  • Independent Business Reviews ("IBRs")
  • Shortterm cash flow modelling
  • Longterm integrated forecast appraisals
  • Prelending reviews
  • Options reviews
  • Accelerated M&A
  • Detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, short term cash flow forecasts and longerterm integrated forecast models
  • Assisting in the preparation of tenders for new work and lender panels liaising with other offices and service lines as appropriate.
  • Drafting short form Information Memorandum's, maintain interested party's schedules and liaise with potential purchasers in accelerated M&A transactions.

The represents a highly desirable role at the sharp end of one of the UK's most pre-eminent advisory restructuring teams - they highly regarded in the UK restructuring deals market and the business has had a stellar year both locally and nationally over thelast 12 months.

Given the international presence of the firm there are plentiful opportunities to work on international deals as well as local.
