Hi, Adecco UK are recruiting for an HR Administrator to work for one of our prestigious Aerospace clients based in Shirley

Duration:6 months (potential to be extended)


Supporting the business People Services are our UKI team established in 2018 and has adopted the Ulrich model by splitting into 3 tiers - Tier 0 is our online service and tools, Tier 1 is queries, administration and transactions, and Tier 2 are our specialised services team, dealing with the most complex cases.

This model provides a better, faster, cost-effective service that more efficiently supports transforming HR whilst offering a strong career path for those seeking a HR Career.

Responsibilities

  • You must be comfortable working in a fastpaced Customer Service Environment to agreed targets and KPIs, you'll also be proactive, professional and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Utilize multiple software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat to produce high quality employment contracts.
  • Undertake a range of HR administration duties including production of employee correspondence, data audits and updating employee files, ensuring that high levels of data accuracy are maintained.
  • Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Act as an advocate for People Services within the business and encourage adoption.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience working in an administration/data input role, preferably within a HR Shared Services environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience of administering employment contracts a benefit but not essential
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a highpace and deadlinedriven atmosphere and enjoy working under pressure
  • Logical thinker who can solve problems quickly
  • Team player who can support, coach and encourage others
  • Whilst a CIPD (or equivalent qualification) is not essential, an understanding of a HR environment or experience within an administration environment is essential.
